A philosophy graduate, entrepreneur, and activist who sits on the board of several think-tanks and companies working in the fields of sustainability, technology, and ethics. He is a critical-thinker with a holistic approach to business and activism that gives depth to his work in driving meaningful, sustainable change.

Jaume Garau

[Head of Social and Urban Projects ]

Trained in psychology, he has spent his career in the field of social services, politics and citizen activism, especially focused on the search for alternatives to the hegemonic tourism model and the development of initiatives for a more sustainable and inclusive city model.

Uta Werner

[Head of Organizations and CSR Projects]

With extensive experience and training in strategy, people development and complex project management, she is motivated by social change. She has worked as a strategist, manager, coach, consultant, trainer and researcher across many sectors, cultures and countries inspiring companies and individuals to rethink the way they work.

Joan Juan

[Head of Nature Projects]

With 30 years dedicated to environmental management, he specializes in the protection and regeneration of high-value cultural and natural heritage in high-risk locations. Throughout his career, he has managed thousands of hectares, contributing to some of Mallorca’s most iconic private and public initiatives.

Juan José Suárez

[Project Manager ]

With a background in geography and environmental conservation, he brings extensive experience in designing and managing citizen initiatives focused on land stewardship, rural development, and urban studies. He is passionate about fostering sustainable practices that connect communities with their environment.

David López Romero

[Project Manager ]

As a Master in oceanography with a degree in environmental sciences, he is passionate about nature regeneration. Experienced in research, data analysis, and citizen science, he excels in project development, data visualization, and building volunteer communities, bringing structure and innovation to conservation efforts.

Maria Reyero Fernández

[Communication Manager]

A social communicator, her expertise lies in designing and implementing communication strategies for social transformation, with a special focus on inclusiveness and diversity. She has worked with NGOs, civil society movements, public entities, and multilateral organizations at both local and international levels.

Alfonso de Oleza

[European projects and fundraising]

With a background in law and sustainable tourism, he has worked extensively across private, public, and non-profit sectors. His expertise includes formulating projects and securing funding for environmental and rural development initiatives that promote tourism aligned with territorial and social protection.

Marlene Albaladejo

A businesswoman and designer, she specializes in artisanal, and sustainable local production. She collaborates with citizen initiatives to revitalize local and small-scale commerce and to promote sustainable tourism management, bringing a dedicated, hands-on approach to community-centered economic development.

Isabel Goiri

[Trustee]

With over thirty years of experience in the financial sector, she currently serves on the boards of leading nonprofits, where she lends her expertise in responsible, high-impact investments. Her strategic insight supports sustainable initiatives with a focus on long-term value and community impact.

Bruno Entrecanales

[Trustee]

With a background in business and finance, Bruno moved to Mallorca over a decade ago. Since then, he has dedicated himself to restoring agriculture, landscapes, and architectural heritage in some of the most iconic sites in Valldemossa, contributing to the preservation and regeneration of the region’s cultural and natural assets.

the Serra de Tramuntana as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
